All Return requests must be made no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your order.
There are a couple of things to consider though when it comes to custom printed apparel. We've outlined some things to keep in mind when placing your order to ensure you will receive exactly what you ordered.
- • Sizes: Each item includes size measurements & specifications directly on the product page. Please ensure the sizes you are ordering will work for your needs. If you are unsure if the sizes specified on the product page are what you need, you can always Order A Sample piece just to be sure. We can NOT provide a Return/Refund for an order if the wrong sizes are ordered.
- • Print Colors: If you need a specific ink color for your order, please make sure you make us aware of this before approving your mock up. By default, if we do not receive specific color specification, we will match your design to one of Our Standard Ink Colors. We can NOT provide a Return/Refund for an order if you are expecting a specific color but receive something different without notifying us before mock up approval.
- • Garment Colors: We can not make any guarantees as to the color of the garments. We are only a reseller of each brand specified on our site and we have no control over the manufacturing process or colors each brand uses for their garments. We can NOT be held accountable if you are expecting a specific shirt color and the garment is a slightly different shade than expected when received. You can, however, always Order A Sample of the specific garment to ensure the color will work for your needs.
In order to initiate a Return, please Contact Us with your order number and we'll get you taken care of. We do require that the entire order be sent back to us before-hand; we'll provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. The items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them. No returns will be processed if the items are received back in used/washed condition. We will also only honor a return for all items returned to us. For example, if you order 50 total shirts and discover an issue after you've sold 20 of them, we'll only honor the 30 shirts that are returned in proper condition. We ask that you please carefully inspect all items as soon as you receive them.
